Boston Bruins forward David Pastrnak has shared his admiration for teammate Marat Khustnutdinov, reflecting on the Russian’s performance in the recently concluded NHL regular season. The 23-year-old Khustnutdinov tallied 33 points (15 goals, 18 assists) in 77 games, with a plus-12 rating.
“I love Khustnutdinov. He’s a great guy. Always happy, always smiling, always brings positive energy. And his game speaks for itself. I’m very proud of the season he had,” Pastrnak said in an interview with the Bruins’ official website.
“He’s become a big part of what we achieved. I’m really curious to see what comes next. I liked how he integrated into the team this year,” he added.
